Believer

heard them calling me

in the early autumn wind

those trees waving for me


my hospitable river

dominated by ignorant citizens

proud occupants of the torrent of cars


these friends of mine

been out there for me

in absence of any understanding


trees, river and I

with whom shall I share

my moments of ecstasy


exploring beauty

in the shape of tears

if u just knew


would have heard them too

if you just could

believe in me
