this post is dedicated to faraz and his "why we never progress" series and an approval to the theory that "sky everywhere has the same color".
recently, i received an email from USC (university of southern california) that my unofficial transcript of university of tehran in FARSI (!) is needed for my admission process.
surprisingly, university of tehran does not release the unofficial transcripts in FARSI (!) but only in ENGLISH(!). so i went to the computer lab of fine arts and simply printed my courses from ut.ac.ir website, scanned and emailed them to USC (!). today i recieved a new email from USC admission office:
"Dear Sina,
Thank you for your inquiry. We have downloaded the original-language transcript attached to your message. Unfortunately, we will not be able to use it for our evaluation. This is because your transcript gives your marks in Western-style numerals. We require a transcript which is *completely* in Farsi script, including numerals, in order to complete our review. Please submit this document as soon as possible. We regret the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation."
I always ask myself, are there any limits for stupidity!?!

you know buddy, sky is everywhere the same color(it used to be blue but nowadays GRAY)but the LANDS are different in colors!
