The system is network of clusters of neighborhood units each made of 5 wind catcher towers and 2 main levels of fabric sticking to the bridges between towers. Each layer itself is made of 3 floors which embody almost 50 apartments in the module of 7X14 meters, an average of 100 square meter. Creating variety of apartment types. The clusters are facing south for maximized sun light penetration. The project is planned for different phases to be built between 2030 to 2050. it creates 300 units in each cluster and total 7,200 units in 24 clusters of the first phase.
