Are you saying, the third world does not deserve designed environment. How is it that Iranian government does not pay any attention to an award winning projct acclaimed internationally. Shushtar new town deserves better.
i think lack of management is the great problem there, and u know, during the war so many poor imigrants invaded the complex and old ihabitants movied to other parts of the country, this also can be considered as one of the reasons. tx for ur attention
